The Merrickville Fine Art Festival is an annual juried exhibit and sale of fine art, including paintings, photographs, sculptures, fabric art, all created by over 40 professional artist from eastern Ontario and western Quebec. Held through Canada's May long weekend at the Merrickville Community Centre, Artists wil be onsite to discuss their work.

Merrickville Canalfest

Centred around Rideau Canal, this festival featuresa canoe races and musical performances, as well as a craft fair and pottery exhibit. There is also a special presentation by Parks Canada.
